      Sheer: I got blue. It is fine. Has slip that goes to mid thighs. Sewing: Mine came with the hem misaligned and to fix that, the company folded part of the ruffle over and just sewed it to force a match. SIZE: The dress comes large. I am 5'3", 135. I got a small based on the reviews that said it was large. The bodice fit great. The rest of the dress was bulky and I had to have it altered to take out 1" at waist on each side and 2" at the bottom of the dress on the sides. COLOR: The blue was true to the picture. RUFFLES and TIES: The string was just yarn and had dangling balls. Yarn was white and gold and went ok with dress if I wore gold accessories. The top is covered with small balls that are a bit much but it would be easy to remove the yard and top balls. Given the alterations, I like the dress but wanted to help others find the right size and realize this is not top quality but it was not expensive either.

      Every time I wear this dress I get so many compliments. It's just so different than anything anyone is used to seeing. Color, texture, flourishes, asymmetrical hem line. It's so interesting to look at. Plus I love that I can wear this dress without a bra. The top is lined and has a more rigid structure, perfect for holding me in place (as long as there isn't any bouncing lol). I'm a 40F for reference. I feel magical in this dress. I love it so much.
